ROCKVILLE — Jennie Hutchins, 91, Rockville, died at 1:15 p.m. Thursday, July 13, 2006 in West Central Community Hospital, Clinton. She was born Jan. 20, 1915 in Fithian, Ill., the daughter of Frank and Jennie (Dearth) Reynolds. She was married to Robert Maltsberger, who preceded in death in 1965. She then married Robert Hutchins in 1970. He preceded in death in 2003. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and bird watching. Survivors include: two step daughters, Marsha (Allen) Pekar and Paula Innis, both of Durham, Mo.; a step son, David Hutchins, Casper, Wyo.; a sister, Gladys (Floyd) Stark, Longview, Texas; two grandsons, Darin (Jane Ann) Maltsberger, Parkston S.D. and Dano Maltsberger, Veedersburg; a daughter-in-law, Janet Maltsberger, Veedersburg; a great-granddaughter, Emily Maltsberger, Parkston, S.D.; a step great-granddaughter, Allison McConnell; two step grandsons, Kyle and Joe McConnell, Baltimore, Md.; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Robert; and two sisters, Viola Wells and Mary Elom. Gravesite services were at 3 p.m. Sunday in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Covington, with Daneen Rodriguez officiating. Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg, was in charge of arrangements. – jlr
